Teams:
- Gold, Silver, Bronze (14-18 year old girls)
- Green, Orange, Yellow (13 and under girls)
Each team has a specific page on our website. Find your team’s page under our “Programs” tab. Use the given password to view the page and sign up for a spring package. Registration for practices must be completed through our website.
Practice location: Swanson Beach Volleyball Complex (unless otherwise communicated)
Expectations:
- Show up 10 minutes before practice to do band warm ups and use the bathroom
- Always come prepared to practice: Wear proper attire, fuel up with nutrition beforehand, and bring a full water bottle!
- Fill out the attendance sheet for your child’s team at least 48 hours in advance of practice. If something changes within 48 hours and you will not be at practice, communicate via email or text to your coach.
- Represent Dig Deep at tournaments

- X1 practice @ $45 = $450
