Meet the Coaches

Addie Paul

Addie grew up in San Ramon, California, and has since made the beautiful Central Coast her home. She played both indoor and beach volleyball growing up before competing collegiately at Westmont College. Now a junior at Cal Poly majoring in Psychology, Addie is continuing to pursue beach volleyball while working toward her goal of becoming a therapist for young women.

Addie is passionate about investing in the next generation of athletes both on and off the court. She loves helping players build confidence, strengthen their skills, and grow into well-rounded teammates and leaders. Her positive energy, encouraging coaching style, and love for the game make every practice a fun and rewarding experience.

QUINN PERRY

Quinn is from Costa Mesa, California, and has been playing volleyball since she was 10 years old. She discovered beach volleyball in 2020 and has been all in ever since. Quinn is currently a junior on the Division I beach volleyball team at Cal Poly, where she has competed on the No. 3 pair for the past two seasons.

As a freshman, Quinn earned the AVCA Top Flight Award, and last season she posted an impressive 21–9 record, highlighted by a big win over then-No. 1 ranked Stanford. Off the sand, she is majoring in Psychology and loves sharing her passion for beach volleyball through coaching. Quinn is dedicated to helping athletes grow their confidence, develop their skills, and enjoy every step of their journey in the sport.

Ella hais

Ella grew up in San Luis Obispo and has been passionate about volleyball since she first stepped on the court at 8 years old. She played both indoor and beach volleyball growing up, competing all four years at Mission College Prep before deciding to pursue beach volleyball full-time after her junior year. Ella is now a junior at UC Davis, where she competes on the beach volleyball team while studying Biochemistry. She loves the competitive side of the sport, but even more, she enjoys helping young athletes build confidence, improve their skills, and develop a love for the game. Ella is excited to bring her energy, experience, and enthusiasm to every practice!

Alison stanfill

Alison is originally from Las Vegas and discovered her passion for beach volleyball in Carlsbad, California, where she started playing during her sophomore year of high school. She never played indoor volleyball, choosing to dedicate herself entirely to the beach game from the start. Alison went on to compete for four years at Houston Christian University before finishing her collegiate career at Loyola Marymount University, where she earned her master's degree in Legal Studies while playing her graduate season.

After college, Alison moved to San Luis Obispo to join Cal Poly's Athletic Department. She had always loved competing in SLO during her college career, and with its thriving beach volleyball community, beautiful coastline, and exciting career opportunity, it quickly felt like home. Alison loves sharing her passion for the game and helping athletes build confidence, develop strong fundamentals, and have fun while reaching their full potential on and off the sand.

Hannah Rogers

Hannah grew up around beach volleyball and has been playing the sport for as long as she can remember. She was coached throughout her career by her dad, Todd Rogers, Olympic gold medalist and current Cal Poly beach volleyball coach, from her earliest days on the sand through her Division I collegiate career at TCU and Cal Poly.

Hannah began coaching at just 16 years old, working alongside her dad at local beach volleyball clinics. Since then, she has coached athletes of all ages and skill levels, from middle school players to collegiate competitors. Hannah is passionate about helping athletes grow their confidence, sharpen their skills, and develop a lifelong love for beach volleyball. She brings energy, experience, and a positive attitude to every practice and is committed to helping each player reach their full potential.

Marina warren

Marina has loved volleyball since she was 10 years old and made the transition from indoor to beach volleyball near the end of high school. After competing for San Luis Obispo High School, she was recruited to play both indoor and beach volleyball at Cal Poly in 2022. During her collegiate career, Marina competed in two indoor seasons and four beach seasons while earning her bachelor's degree in Psychology.

This fall, Marina will continue both her academic and athletic journey as she pursues a master's degree while competing in beach volleyball at Concordia University Irvine. She is passionate about sharing her love for the game and enjoys helping athletes build confidence, develop their skills, and have fun as they grow both on and off the sand.

Jess manley

Jess competed in collegiate beach volleyball at both the University of Arizona and California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She continues to play the sport for fun and loves staying connected to the beach volleyball community.

Jess is passionate about helping athletes grow their skills, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love for the game. Her encouraging coaching style and positive energy create an environment where players can challenge themselves, have fun, and reach their full potential.
