Meet the Coaches

Addie Paul

Addie grew up in San Ramon, CA, and has since moved to the beautiful Central Coast. She played both indoor and beach volleyball growing up and competed at the collegiate level at Westmont College. She now attends Cal Poly as a junior psychology major, with aspirations of becoming a therapist for young women, while continuing to pursue her beach volleyball career at the next level. Addie is deeply passionate about investing in the next generation of Dig Deep athletes—both in their development on and off the court!

Izzy Martinez

Izzy grew up in Winnetka, CA and has been playing beach volleyball since she was 10. She is currently a junior at Cal Poly, playing under Todd Rogers on the NCAA Division I beach volleyball team, and is majoring in English. In 2024, she earned the honor of First Team All-American, and also received Big West Pair of the Year alongside partner Ella Connor. She loves sharing her passion for the game with others and can’t wait to help develop the next generation of beach volleyball players!

Kiara Robichaud

Kiara is from Redding, CT and grew up playing indoor volleyball on the East Coast. She graduated from Columbia University where she played D1 indoor volleyball, and made the switch to beach after joining the D1 beach team at Cal Poly while pursuing her Master’s. She is eager to continue learning and developing her beach game with the excellent staff at Cal Poly and is excited to share that with the athletes at Dig Deep! Kiara is getting her degree in Biomedical Engineering, and has been coaching middle school and high school volleyball players since 2019.
