• Official Spring Season dates: Monday, April 6- Friday, June 12

• Practice day: Thursdays, 6:00-8:00pm (First practice is May 7)

• Practice location (unless otherwise communicated): Swanson Beach Volleyball Complex

• Expectations:

  • Show up 10 minutes before practice to do band warm ups and use the bathroom

  • Always come prepared to practice: Wear proper attire, fuel up with nutrition beforehand, and bring a full water bottle!

  • Fill out the attendance sheet at least 48 hours in advance of practice. If something changes within 48 hours and you will not be at practice, communicate via email or text to your coach.

  • Represent Dig Deep at tournaments
